In January of 2009, we lost a beloved and respected member of the Chapman family. A senior construction supervisor with us since 2002, Bill Rich was an exceptional person both on and off the job, and we all miss his warmth, compassion, and kindness. Above all, Bill was a great family man—a loving husband and father of four, a new grandfather, and foster parent to many children in need.

Chapman has established the Bill Rich Memorial Fund as a way for Bill's many friends to express their ongoing support to his family. Chapman will manage the fund, and all of the proceeds will go directly to the Rich family.
