Chapman recently completed a 28,000 sf office build-out for Internet marketing company HubSpot. The company moved from its former location at One Broadway in Cambridge to new offices on the second floor of the Davenport Building at 25 First Street.

The 10-week project included a large reception area, multiple conference rooms, a 20-seat training room, a revamped and expanded datacenter, a multi-purpose room capable of seating the company’s entire staff, and shower and changing rooms for employees who bicycle to work.
