Newton Mayor Setti Warren visited Chapman's offices on Friday, February 3, for a press conference about the improving US economy and the importance of “green” to its continued growth.

He chose to highlight Chapman as a local business that has succeeded through difficult economic times, in part because of our commitment to sustainability. He also expressed gratitude for the boost to the local economy that thriving companies like Chapman provide.

"When you have companies like Chapman Construction willing to stay in Newton and have their offices here, be based in Newton, it certainly helps our economy," Warren said.
