Nate has been in construction since he was a kid and prior to joining Chapman gained three-plus years of international construction experience working in Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Having spent time in both field and office roles, Nate developed his carpentry skills and knowledge of advanced building methods.

Nate’s ability to lead and execute large, complex projects, including building re-positionings and façade work, has established him as a prominent leader in our industry, and his unique ability to bring in diverse clients and projects has significantly enriched Chapman’s portfolio.

Beyond project management, Nate actively mentors, coaches, and trains junior staff, playing a key role in the growth and development of our team.
