LEED-CI Platinum renovation including: a 47 kW solar array; light tubes and enlarged windows to increase daylighting and views; occupancy and daylight sensors to reduce lighting loads; water efficient plumbing fixtures; green finishes such as recycled/recyclable carpet tiles, cork flooring, bamboo wall panels, and low-VOC paints; new amenities including a roof deck, two conference rooms, and an expanded employee kitchen and lounge.
