Project features a range of green measures, including the recycling of 150 tons of demolition debris, no CFC-based refrigerants, no added urea formaldehyde door cores and insulation, low- or no-VOC paints and adhesives, agri-fiber millwork substrates, 100% recycled content drywall, and high-efficiency single-lamp T8s lighting, occupancy sensors, and LED accent lighting.
