139 kW ground-mounted photovoltaic system consisting of four separate arrays and 682 individual modules. The arrays are part of a larger 506 kW system installed at the Phoenix Park office complex in Shirley, MA. Partnering with Alteris Renewables, Chapman coordinated the design and construction of the custom steel support frame, as well as an innovative foundation system engineered to minimize disruption to the site and virtually eliminate spoils. The custom support frame allows all four arrays to be installed at their optimum tilt and orientation while accommodating the specific dead load and span criteria of the system components as well as the unique wind loads created by a system of this size.  Engineer: MacLeod Consulting.
