 A Product Proving Ground
With our Platinum LEED renovation, we've transformed Chapman headquarters into a Sustainable Materials Resource Center—a proving ground for sustainable products and strategies that we can in turn demonstrate for the numerous clients and partners who visit our offices each week. We chose the materials for our renovation with our typical interior fit-up clients in mind, so all of the finishes we used had to satisfy their demand for relatively short-term returns on investment.
Seeking Cost-Effective Sustainability
And although our initial renovation is complete, we continue to seek cost-effective green products to install on our building, in our office, and in our dedicated Sustainable Materials Resource Room. The goal is to determine how well they install and if they hold up under daily wear-and-tear. This information helps us understand the products better, make informed recommendations, and provide accurate pricing.
