As Chapman's Field Operations Manager, Eric is responsible for ensuring that Chapman's manpower is being deployed in the most effective way. He visits all of Chapman's jobsites on a regular basis, meeting with the site supervisors, and getting a feel for each project's staffing needs. In addition to his duties as Field Operations Manager, Eric also continues in his role as a Project Manager. Eric joined Chapman in 1992.
