The 13th annual Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards ceremony took place on June 18th and recognized 80 honorees in five categories. We are excited to announce that Chapman’s fourth-place victory in the “Small Company” category is our highest finish in the five times that the BBJ has recognized us as a Best Place to Work. The results are based on an anonymous engagement survey taken by all employees, which asks questions about culture, work experience, job satisfaction, management trust, benefits, and alignment with goals.
