8,500 sf multi-phase renovation of an occupied healthcare facility to expand capacity and enhance patient experience. Our team consolidated patient waiting areas, constructed 15 new treatment rooms across two floors, added three nurses’ stations, and enabled the addition of three new specialty services: audiology, ENT, and vascular surgery.

Our team successfully navigated this complex renovation through extensive logistical coordination and strict adherence to infection control standards, while maintaining continuous medical operations throughout the construction period.
