ANNA BIONDO
Anna Biondo has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Since joining the team full-time in 2024, Anna has consistently demonstrated reliability, collaboration, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Her adaptability and readiness to take on whatever is needed, combined with the trust and confidence she inspires, make her a steady and dependable presence for both colleagues and project teams.
Anna is a standout communicator who proactively keeps team members and stakeholders informed, ensuring projects stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks. She also brings a genuine eagerness to learn, continually seeking opportunities to deepen her knowledge and take on new challenges.

Katherine Lesko has been promoted to Senior Marketing Manager. Katherine has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and a strong ability to step into expanded responsibilities with confidence and ease. In recent months, she has taken on a significantly increased workload while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and quality across all deliverables, including proposals, meeting materials, and ongoing marketing initiatives. Her can-do attitude has been a consistent strength throughout, helping her navigate competing priorities and keep work moving forward without disruption.
Her ability to prioritize effectively has been instrumental in keeping projects on track. Katherine quickly identifies what matters most and ensures deadlines and expectations are consistently met. She is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent follow-through. Katherine brings thoughtful ideas and practical solutions to campaigns and projects and is a strong team collaborator and communicator.
In addition to her marketing leadership, Katherine plays an important role in advancing Chapman’s broader initiatives.
