Diane brings over 17 years of experience in AEC business development, having worked alongside respected engineering and architecture firms across eastern Massachusetts before joining Chapman.

In her role, Diane draws on her strong interpersonal skills, extensive industry network, and deep knowledge of New England markets to build long-term relationships that drive opportunities and growth for Chapman. What truly drives her is her passion for business development itself. She loves building relationships with industry peers and piecing together information about a potential project until it all comes together. When forming client and partner relationships, Diane looks for genuine team synergy with partners who share similar values and are invested in building long-term, collaborative partnerships.

Diane is an active member of several industry organizations, including the New England Healthcare Engineers Society (NEHES), the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Diane in the mountains of New Hampshire. She’s closing in on completing both the NH 48 (4,000-footers) and the NH Top 100, with the Appalachian Trail high on her bucket list.
