Before joining Chapman, Tracy spent two years with a retail real estate development firm. That property management and development experience, combined with her work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage relationships make her an incredible asset to any project team.

Tracy feels that the Chapman team’s collaborative approach and pride in their work are what make the company a great place to learn and grow. Outside the office, Tracy can be found spending time with friends and family, watching football, and working out.
