At the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Woburn, MA, we transformed more than 20,000 square feet of basement-level administrative space into a patient unit with 14 private patient rooms, a therapy gym, day rooms, nurses’ stations, training areas, general office space, and MEP upgrades.

Construction was completed in accordance with The Contractor’s Commitment, a framework that incorporates sustainable building practices and prioritizes the health of both workers and occupants.
