With increasing rents and growing congestion in Boston and Cambridge, companies are looking for alternative locations. As part of the N² initiative, which promotes the Needham Street Corridor as a destination for technology companies, start-ups, and other innovators, the Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce created this promotional video featuring representatives of the Needham Street community. The interviews were conducted by the Chamber’s Greg Reibman and they feature Newton Mayor Setti Warren, Chapman’s Guy Compagnone, Russell DeMartino from Bierbrier Development, and Seana Gaherin of Dunn-Gaherin’s Food & Spirits.
