We are excited to announce that we have been selected to provide construction services for Akebia Therapeutics’ new headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Akebia, relocating from Cambridge in the Fall of 2026, is recognized for developing and commercializing therapies for people living with kidney disease and other serious conditions.

The multi-phased project will include new office space and a laboratory environment designed to support Akebia’s continued growth and innovation.

We look forward to working with property owner, BXP, and project architect, Stantec, to ensure the timely delivery of this state-of-the-art space.
