When workplace consultants Creative Office Pavilion undertook their recent branding refresh, they chose Chapman to renovate the showroom, conference & meeting areas, and executive offices at their Boston Design Center headquarters. Having worked with Chapman on numerous past projects, they knew Chapman would collaborate efficiently with their in-house design team and architects Silverman Trykowski Associates to make their vision a reality. The challenge was that COP needed to remain fully operational throughout construction, so Chapman Supervisor Eric Churchill worked tirelessly to ensure that our work had minimal impact on their employees.
Was it a success? Mitch Evans, Vice President of COP writes, “It was a very difficult project in that it was a renovation ‘in place’ and had to account for people working in the space while construction was going on. Not only did the project finish on time and on budget, the Chapman team worked seamlessly with us and with our architects to achieve a dramatic transformation. We could not have been more pleased with their team or the quality of their work. I recommend them highly!”
Chapman’s team-comprising Senior Vice President John Ferreira, Senior Project Manager Tony Brown, Project Assistant Matt Gibbs, and Construction Supervisor Eric Churchill-achieved the goal we always strive for: exceeding our client’s expectations.
