Bob brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to Chapman, with expertise spanning both field operations and office management.

His interest in construction began in high school, where he spent summers painting houses. This early interest continued through college and beyond as he gained hands-on experience in various trades, including masonry and carpentry. These experiences naturally progressed into a Project Management role with a high-end residential builder and developer, where he worked for several years.

Bob’s extensive construction knowledge, combined with his practical field experience, creative problem-solving approach, and ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders, makes him a valuable asset to our team.

When he’s not at work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters—often at club soccer games or practices—relaxing at the beach, or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
