Demetroula graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality and Business Management and in 2021 obtained her Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining Chapman, Deme was a Planning Analyst/Scheduler for an aerospace manufacturer where she created schedules to maximize the productivity of plant operations and also worked for her family’s restaurant in Keene, NH. In her current role as Project Assistant, Deme uses her background in hospitality and planning to successfully support every project she is part of.

Outside of the office, Deme can be found at the gym, hanging out with family, or being an adrenaline junkie! Deme has been skydiving and hopes to try bungee jumping and get her motorcycle license!
