After graduating college, Isabella worked for a non-profit organization focusing on research, development, and raising awareness about novel energy technologies that use clean and innovative forms of energy. Prior to joining Chapman, she worked for three years in residential construction, first as a carpenter’s apprentice and then taking on a management role.

In her role as Construction Supervisor, Isabella brings her knowledge of construction, attention to detail, and approachability to every project she is on.

When she is not on a job site, Isabella can be found with her baby niece or playing Scrabble with friends.
