Jake brings valuable hands-on experience and technical expertise to his role as assistant construction supervisor. Prior to joining Chapman, Jake honed his carpentry skills building Downeast-style yachts and crafting custom cabinetry, while gaining valuable field experience in residential general contracting. Before entering construction, Jake worked in the software industry focusing on user interface development. His strong technological background and passion for problem-solving make him a valuable addition to our team.

When he’s not on site, Jake enjoys time with family and friends, cheering on the Red Sox and Bruins, and hopes to ski Tuckerman’s Ravine soon!
