Justin joined Chapman with an extensive educational and professional background in virtual design construction. Justin holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a concentration in emerging technologies, which led him to pursue a career focusing on sustainable architectural design.

Prior to joining Chapman, Justin worked as a visualization designer for a Boston architecture firm and has previous experience as an assistant project manager and BIM coordinator for MEP and drywall contractors.

In his current role, Justin provides 3D modeling and BIM coordination support to our project management and field staff and is instrumental in supporting our carbon neutrality efforts; specifically working with carbon data through EC3 & BIM, assisting in developing embodied carbon budgets, and delivering project-specific strategies toward reducing carbon impacts.

When Justin is not at work, you can find him at a hockey rink or spending time with friends and family.
