Matt joined Chapman as a construction supervisor with over seven years of construction experience ranging from framing and carpentry to managing high-end residential design-build projects.

Matt’s extensive background in the field, spanning various trades across residential and commercial projects, honed his problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills that position him excellently in his role as a construction supervisor.

In addition to his extensive work experience, Matt has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, building multi-family homes.

When he is not in the office, Matt can be found somewhere in the mountains, and one day he even hopes to climb Mount Everest!
