Rachel joined Chapman with nearly 13 years of commercial construction management experience. After earning her bachelor’s degree, Rachel began her career as a project manager with a commercial subcontractor. During this time, she earned her master’s degree in project management and soon began working as a project manager for a general contractor, where she managed projects in the life sciences and academic market sectors.

Outside of work, Rachel is active in her community. She has participated in three Pan-Mass Challenges and volunteered twice with Habitat for Humanity. She also enjoys cooking and baking – and makes a mean gluten-free chocolate chip cookie!
