Sean has worked exclusively in construction throughout his career, with hands-on experience in plumbing, framing, and general labor across residential and commercial projects.
He joined Chapman as a Project Assistant and quickly advanced to Project Manager through mentorship, dedication to learning, and his strong ability to lead and manage projects effectively. His trade background provides a practical perspective that proves invaluable for problem-solving, conflict resolution, and coordinating work across disciplines. Sean approaches each project as an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and tackle new challenges – a mindset that drives his commitment to excellence.
Beyond project management, he actively contributes to Chapman’s Sustainability and Networking Groups and supports hiring, onboarding, and training for new employees.
