Repositioning and renovation to create a more appealing location for potential future tenants. Exterior renovations included a new entry, back deck, handicap ramp, stairs, canopy and storefront as well as new paint and accent trim.

On the interior, we completed abatement and demo, installed new bathroom finishes and replaced and enlarged the windows to increase daylight for occupants.

Managing the security of the space as well as weather expectations while a majority of the doors were removed was critical to successfully and safely completing a job of this nature.
