5,500 sf full gut and renovation to the College of Fine Arts support staff office area to create an open and inviting space including a kitchenette/pantry area and the installation of a full glass entry to help encourage the interaction of students, staff and visitors. With a tight summer schedule, communication and coordination with our project team and the other GC’s working in the building was critical to completing the project before the start of school.
