4,000 sf fit-up for Cycle Gear’s first motorcycle retail store in New Hampshire. The new space features an exploded motorcycle hung from the ceiling, dressing rooms, restrooms, and a storage area. The exterior store front was also renovated to include an Alucobond canopy, Fiberon composite cladding, and EIFS. Chapman worked closely with the Mall of New Hampshire to relocate an existing fire protection main out of the retail space.
