Seven-week summer renovation across two floors in an occupied school. The modernized space includes a library, three innovation labs, a robotics lab, offices, and reworked common areas to promote collaboration and support Gann’s goal of providing an innovative curriculum and creative, project-based learning. To complete the project within the tight summer schedule coordination of long-lead items during preconstruction was key. Additionally organizing the CORI/SORI process was essential to ensuring the safety of the staff and students.
