35,000 sf LEED CI Gold tenant fit up of company headquarters. Sustainable measures include the use of reclaimed lumber, low or no VOC sealants and paints, rapidly renewable cork flooring, dual flush toilets, and low flow urinals. New lighting throughout the space allowed for a 27% reduction in energy consumption through the use of high efficiency fluorescent lighting, LED accent lighting, occupancy sensors, and individual task lighting for better control over light levels. A new HVAC system was designed to meet the LEED CI Equipment Efficiency Credit threshold by using high efficiency heat pumps with electronically commutated motors (ECM) and advanced control systems.
