Happy Women in Construction Week 2025!
This week is a powerful recognition of the contributions, perspectives, and leadership that women bring to an industry that shapes where we live, work, and connect.
Below are highlights of the incredible women on our project teams who are breaking barriers and exceeding expectations every day.

From left to right: Tammy Ferreira (Vice President / Corporate Administration), Brenda Viana (Project Assistant), Christine Spring (Operations Coordinator), Jayce Barone (Project Manager), Stacy Roman (Senior Project Manager), Isabella Dos Santos (Project Assistant), Carolyn Willis (Accounting Assistant), Christine Pulsinelli (Accounts Payable Manager / Talent Acquisition), Michele Bogdan (Marketing Director), Jenna Anglin (Director of Internal Operations), Casey Corcoran (Project Assistant), Tracy Strong (Project Manager), Xhona Kokoneshi (Co-Op Student), Kayla Mitchell (Administrative Assistant), Anna Biondo (Project Assistant), and Katherine Lesko (Marketing Manager).
CASEY CORCORAN

Though newer to the construction side of the A/E/C industry, Project Assistant Casey Corcoran is already diving into the management of diverse programming spaces for one of our higher education clients — from classrooms and offices to community areas and specialized labs like this one!
Casey is embracing every aspect of the building process and enjoys the collaborative nature of our work and the importance of bringing all stakeholders together to solve challenges.
ANNA BIONDO

Project Assistant Anna Biondo joined our team last year following her sustainability internship with us in 2023!
Anna has been enjoying collaborating on projects with climate commitments and is excited to gain field experience this summer!

ISABELLA DOS SANTOS

Project Assistant Isabella Dos Santos is not just excelling in her day-to-day role but is also making an impact as part of our Waste Management sub-group.
The group found that the pictured facility, ReSource, has been certified by the Recycling Certification Institute (RCI), which means contractors working on LEED-seeking projects can earn valuable credits by delivering construction and demolition debris to this certified facility.
We’re passionate about empowering our team members to explore and develop their interests!
TRACY STRONG

Project Manager Tracy Strong is currently overseeing a complex four-phase 17,000 SF renovation on the third floor of an occupied hospital, scheduled for completion in Fall 2025. The transformed space will feature 25 patient rooms, a nurses’ station (pictured), offices, and a staff lounge.
As an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (HCC) and Physical Environment Worker (PEW), Tracy and her team ensure that all healthcare construction standards are met, including ICRA documentation and daily inspections of the ante-room (pictured) that separates the construction zone from active hospital areas.
Tracy was also featured in the New England Real Estate Journal’s Women in Construction Spotlight, where she reflects on a large and complex project she completed last year, sustainability in the industry, and how she recharges!
STACY ROMAN

Senior Project Manager Stacy Roman and her co-host Christy Murphy just reached their one-year milestone on their AGC MA Podcast “Behind the Façade”!
Listen to new episodes every month on Spotify as they dive into all aspects of construction with their guests from the local building community.
