Jayce joined Chapman as a Project Assistant after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Keene State College, and quickly advanced into a Project Manager role.

While Jayce was in school, she found her passion for construction and project management when she worked at the Appalachia Service Project, a non-governmental organization that addresses and combats substandard housing through construction repairs for those living in the Appalachian region. Through her role, Jayce honed her communication and organizational skills that translate into her strong performance managing projects.

Outside of the office Jayce can be found listening to or playing music! Jayce sings and plays a variety of instruments including classical piano, violin, french horn, trumpet, clarinet, saxophone, and guitar!
