ISABELLA DOS SANTOS

Isabella Dos Santos has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Isabella’s previous on-site experience, combined with her time in the office, has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to navigate project challenges and communicate effectively with her project team and all project stakeholders.

Known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset, Isabella consistently keeps projects moving forward for clients like Boston University, Mass Audubon, and Element Care. She thinks quickly on her feet, proactively tackles tasks, and supports her colleagues, ensuring that both her team and the project succeed. Isabella’s dedication, initiative, and professionalism make her a valued member of our team.

In addition to her project responsibilities, Isabella is an active member of our Training and Chapman Networking Groups and regularly attends industry networking events.

HANNAH DUFOUR

Hannah Dufour has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Since joining Chapman just six months ago, Hannah has quickly proven herself to be a proactive, organized, and driven team member whose work ethic and initiative have made an immediate impact.

Hannah’s prompt follow-up and attention to detail ensure her work is timely and precise. She communicates with confidence and professionalism, and her proactive approach to tracking subcontractors, chasing pricing, and asking thoughtful questions demonstrates both diligence and curiosity. A quick learner who takes direction well, Hannah consistently goes beyond what is asked of her. Her initiative and commitment to excellence have already established her as a valued contributor to our team.

Beyond her project responsibilities, Hannah actively represents Chapman at networking events and through her professional presence on LinkedIn. She also recently attended the SNHU Career Fair and subsequently presented to their Construction Management students, demonstrating her enthusiasm for the industry and building connections.

SEAN FORAN

Sean Foran has been promoted to Project Manager. Sean’s diligence, technical expertise, and professionalism have made him an invaluable member of our team. Known for his strong knowledge of commercial construction, he approaches each project with organization, confidence, and commitment to excellence – qualities that have earned the trust of many of our longtime clients.

A true team player, Sean consistently supports his colleagues, taking the time to teach and mentor while ensuring the success of every project. A transparent and thoughtful communicator, he shares insights, addresses concerns, and provides well-considered solutions, always treating clients, partners, and teammates with kindness and respect. His relentless pursuit of answers and professional approach to managing stakeholders ensure that challenges are met efficiently and effectively.

Sean is also an active participant in our Sustainability and Chapman Networking Groups, further demonstrating his commitment to both professional growth and advancing our team.

EVAN SADLOWSKI

Evan Sadlowski has been promoted to Project Manager. Evan’s determination, organizational skills, and attention to detail have made him an integral part of our team. He manages all aspects of project execution with precision and communicates clearly and professionally with clients on cost, schedule, and progress.

Evan has been an instrumental team member on some of our logistically challenging projects for our confidential clients. His experience allows him to anticipate potential issues and address them proactively, keeping projects on track and stakeholders confident in the outcomes. Evan builds strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members, earning trust through his reliability and thoughtful approach. He is also a valuable resource to younger staff, offering patient guidance and thoughtful answers that help develop the next generation of project leaders.

Evan is an active participant in Chapman’s Sustainability, Training, and Chapman Networking Groups and regularly attends industry events to strengthen connections and foster professional growth.

SCOTT SYRENE

Scott Syrene has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Since joining Chapman in 2021, Scott’s dedication and leadership have made a significant impact on his projects and the success of our team. A dependable and solution-oriented leader, he skillfully balances technical expertise, client priorities, and team collaboration while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Scott’s proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities have been key to maintaining project momentum and team cohesion. His quick responses, clear communication, and attention to detail ensure financial accuracy, schedule reliability, and client confidence. His skills have been particularly valuable in building long-term relationships and generating multiple project opportunities.

Beyond his project work, Scott plays an active role in Chapman’s Training Group as well as our business development efforts through networking, client engagement, and participation in local organizations such as NHLS and NHCIBOR.

NOAH WILLEY

Noah Willey has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. In his time as project assistant, his attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to process information quickly have made him an invaluable contributor to our team. His work ensures smooth communication that keeps projects on track, from purchase orders and submittals to site coordination.

Eager to learn and grow, Noah actively visits his job sites to deepen his understanding of the on-site construction process. He consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and readiness to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Noah’s initiative, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork have already made a meaningful impact on projects for many of our long-standing clients.

Outside of project management, Noah is an active participant in our Sustainability, Training, and Chapman Networking Groups and regularly attends industry networking events.
