Jack Hall

Jack Hall has been promoted to CEO/Principal at Chapman. In this role he will work alongside President, John Hall to oversee Chapman’s operations, strategy and continuous improvement. Jack started at Chapman as a laborer nearly twenty years ago, and has since seen the company from a variety of vantage points in both the field and the office. His expertise spans multiple market sectors working for clients like Bentley University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Night Shift Brewing, and Velcro. His strategic vision, combined with his knowledge of the industry and dedication to constant improvement will be essential to guiding the company into the future.

Justin Powers

Justin Powers has been promoted to the Regional Director of our Manchester, NH office. Justin began at Chapman as the first new hire dedicated to our New Hampshire office. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in developing Chapman’s prominent presence within the New Hampshire construction management landscape. A natural leader and connector, Justin has helped mentor and grow the New Hampshire team and expand our client base. Justin’s multifaceted skill set has led him to complete projects across numerous market sectors like the MRI replacement for Portsmouth Regional Hospital, ground-up construction of the Madbury Public Library, historic renovations for The University of New Hampshire, and secure and cleanroom renovations for a manufacturing client. Justin’s dedication and drive are unparalleled, and we look forward to his future growth at Chapman.

Mike Lynde

Mike Lynde has been promoted to Senior Construction Supervisor after 13 years with Chapman. Mike has worked on a variety of different jobsites including Night Shift Brewing, HubSpot, and 150 Cambridge Park Drive but his calm demeanor and deliberate approach are consistently present, earning him his new title.

Dennis LaRosee

Dennis LaRosee has been promoted to Senior Construction Supervisor. With Chapman for over 10 years, Dennis has proven to be a natural leader, utilizing his superior communication skills to provide a first-class project experience that is always second to none. Some of the projects Dennis has successfully completed during his tenure here include Boston University CFA Dean’s Suite, William James College, Akamai and Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates.

Gerry Scott

Gerry Scott has been promoted to Senior Construction Supervisor. At Chapman for over 11 years, Gerry’s safety-conscious approach to running jobsites, as well as his thorough oversight and attention to detail have earned him his new role. Fractyl Labs, X4 Pharmaceuticals and Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital are just a few of the outstanding projects that Gerry has completed during his time here.

Brendan Bilodeau

Brendan Bilodeau has been promoted to the role of Project Manager. In Brendan’s first year at Chapman, he has proven himself to be an invaluable member of our team, consistently exemplifying what it means to Exceed Expectations. Brendan has played an instrumental role in many of our projects this year, all while seamlessly creating and maintaining relationships with clients and partners alike. Brendan’s whatever-it-takes attitude along with his growing expertise and ability to tackle the challenges that every project brings have earned him his new position.

Chris Carey

Chris Carey has been named Construction Supervisor after receiving his Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License. Chris joined Chapman in 2017 as a field co-op and since joining full time in 2021, has proven that he has what it takes to run clean, safe and efficient jobsites.

Jason Stoddart

Jason Stoddart has been named Construction Supervisor after receiving his Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License. Since joining our team over two years ago, Jason has proven to be an extremely reliable and sought-after assistant supervisor and we look forward to seeing him transition into his new role.
