Nate has been in construction since he was a kid, and gained three-plus years of international construction experience working in Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Spending time in both the field and the office has helped Nate develop his carpentry skills as well as his knowledge in advanced building methods. His background, along with his determination and work ethic, has allowed Nate to progress quickly into his current role as a Senior Project Manager. He also participates in the Developing Leader’s Committee for NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and co-manages one of Chapman’s Emerging Professionals groups.
