Nate’s ability to lead and execute large, complex projects, including building re-positionings and façade work like 41 Seyon, 600 Winter Street, and 43 Foundry, has established him as a prominent leader in our industry, and his unique ability to bring in diverse clients and projects has significantly enriched Chapman’s portfolio.
Beyond project management, Nate actively mentors, coaches, and trains junior staff, playing a key role in the growth and development of our team. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of Nate’s outstanding contributions, project leadership qualities, and continuous dedication to Chapman.
JONATHAN PRIME
Jonathan Prime has been promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager. With nearly a decade of dedicated service at Chapman, Jon consistently demonstrates unwavering commitment to his projects, team, and the company.
Jon never shies away from a challenge. Known for fearlessly taking on complex projects, Jon has excelled as the account manager for one of our largest confidential campus clients, cultivating strong relationships that position him and Chapman as trusted construction partners.
Jon serves as an invaluable resource to both office and field staff and constantly provides unparalleled support to everyone on his team. A leader not only within our Manchester, NH office but company-wide, Jon’s work ethic, successful project management, and steadfast commitment to the success of Chapman and his team have earned him this well-deserved promotion.
DAVID COFFEY
David Coffey has been promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager. With an impressive nine years of dedicated service to Chapman, Dave consistently demonstrates exceptional project management skills and unwavering commitment to the success of our team.
Dave’s promotion is a testament to his outstanding qualities, including his meticulous attention to detail, the ability to successfully navigate and juggle multiple complex projects, and a strong work ethic that goes above and beyond. He consistently holds himself accountable and ensures that projects are not only successfully completed but exceed expectations.
Dave’s extensive knowledge of SCIF construction has been invaluable to our team, and his outside-the-box thinking and brainstorming have contributed to innovative solutions that set us apart in the industry. One of Dave’s notable achievements is his success in bringing in additional defense clients, showcasing his proactive approach to business development. Simultaneously, he has expertly managed two of our largest confidential defense clients, ensuring they receive the high-quality construction services they know that he and Chapman provide.
JAYCE BARONE
Jayce Barone has been promoted to the position of Project Manager. With Chapman for three years, Jayce consistently exemplifies a commitment to excellence that has significantly contributed to our success.
Jayce is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every project is executed with precision. She has played an instrumental role in projects like Element Care in Lynn and Brighton, among others, throughout her tenure at Chapman.
Beyond her ability to provide a first-class project experience for clients, Jayce fosters a collaborative and positive work environment for her team. Jayce’s approachability and willingness to lend a hand have been instrumental in building a supportive team atmosphere. DEVEN DESAI
Deven Desai has been promoted to the position of Assistant Project Manager. With Chapman for almost two years, Deven has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, unwavering dedication to both his projects and team, and a genuine eagerness for learning and growth.
Deven’s commitment to excellence is evident in every task he undertakes. He demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities, proactively takes on challenges with enthusiasm, and consistently exceeds expectations. Leading by example, Deven inspires his colleagues with his approach.
