Michael Allen has been promoted to Project Manager. Mike’s consistent dedication and steady leadership have contributed greatly to Chapman’s success and his personal growth.
Mike is recognized for his exceptional ability to coordinate complex projects while maintaining strong relationships with field teams and clients alike. He has demonstrated outstanding project management skills through his work on technically challenging confidential defense client projects and various Parkland Hospital projects, consistently meeting challenging timelines and budgets.
Beyond his growing technical expertise, Mike’s willingness to support others and maintain a positive attitude, even during demanding situations, sets him apart. His colleagues praise his readiness to assist with questions and challenges, regardless of his own workload. Mike’s strong communication skills and dedication to team success have created an environment where both field teams and stakeholders feel supported and informed.
PAUL DANIELS

Paul Daniels has been promoted to Construction Supervisor after successfully passing the Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisors Exam.
Since joining our team in 2018, Paul has excelled as an Assistant Construction Supervisor on many complex renovations in the corporate, healthcare, and secure manufacturing sectors.
We are excited to see Paul’s knowledge of the industry, understanding of means and methods, hands-on ability, and organizational skills continue to lead him to success in his new role.
ORAZIO GUEVARA

Orazio Guevara has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Since joining our team in 2022, following two co-op terms, he has made exceptional contributions to our team and projects.
Orazio has played a key role in projects across various market sectors, serving clients like Parkland Hospital, Axis Communications, St. Patrick Church, and MIT. Known for thoroughly examining project details and comprehending every aspect of the project scope, Orazio has become an invaluable resource to his teams. His deep knowledge and growing confidence have enabled him to lead client meetings with professionalism and expertise. As a true team player, Orazio is willing to do whatever it takes for a project, consistently supports projects beyond his direct responsibilities, and has become the go-to resource for Chapman processes and Procore. His ASHE Physical Environment Worker certification further demonstrates his commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Outside of project management, Orazio contributes to the team through efforts such as fleet vehicle maintenance in our New Hampshire office and drone photography for projects like SELT and at events like the Bill Rich Memorial Challenge.
Embodying Chapman’s core values of excellence, teamwork, and integrity, Orazio represents the best of our culture. We are excited to see him continue to grow and contribute in his new role as Assistant Project Manager.
JOHN HYDE

John Hyde has been promoted to Director of Sustainability. Since transitioning to a full-time sustainability role in 2022, John has become a pivotal force in positioning Chapman as an industry thought leader. His work extends far beyond our organization, with significant contributions including writing and publishing articles, delivering speaking engagements, and attending key industry conferences. John has been instrumental in driving Chapman’s journey toward carbon neutrality, leading our internal sustainability group, HQ renovation, and implementing critical industry commitments.
His approach uniquely connects sustainability to every aspect of our business, from training and hiring to procurement and diversity efforts. By fostering a culture of innovation, passion, and continuous learning, John has not only expanded Chapman’s sustainability footprint but has also established himself as a sought-after expert in the field. We are excited to see John continue to drive meaningful change in his new role.
STACY ROMAN

Stacy Roman has been promoted to Project Executive. Since joining Chapman in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager, she has consistently exceeded expectations and demonstrated the qualities Chapman seeks in leadership: comprehensive construction knowledge, strategic thinking, assertiveness, and accountability. Beyond her technical expertise, Stacy has distinguished herself as a mentor to junior staff and a key driver of business development efforts.
Her industry involvement and network-building have been instrumental in expanding Chapman’s reach, with recent contributions to promising opportunities and new clients, including MIT. Stacy’s commitment to team success goes beyond project management; she actively cultivates the growth of junior staff while maintaining a strategic approach to project execution. Her completion of the CoreNet Leadership 2.0 program and recent milestone with her “Behind the Façade” Podcast further underscore her dedication to professional development and industry engagement.

BRODIE TALBOT

Brodie Talbot has been promoted to Construction Supervisor after successfully passing the Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisors Exam.
Since joining our team in 2022 as a Project Assistant and later joining the field as an Assistant Construction Supervisor, Brodie has excelled on complex renovations across educational, corporate, and manufacturing sectors.
Brodie’s comprehensive understanding of construction means and methods from both a field and office perspective, combined with his hands-on abilities and eagerness to learn, positions him well for success in this new role.
